As of February 1, 2019 phone systems FreePBX 1200 and PBXact 1200 are replacing FreePBX 1000 and PBXact 1000, respectively.
The systems 1200 have larger capacity – 1200 users and 350 simultaneous calls, compared to the systems 1000 which support up to 1000 users and 300 simultaneous calls.
The new systems have 6 Gigabit Ethernet ports while the replaced ones have 7. Another difference is that the systems 1200 don’t have an integrated IPMI management interface.
The level 1000 systems will be sold until end of stock. The support for FreePBX 1000 and PBXact 1000 ends on February 1, 2020.
