Sangoma announced the acquisition of all key assets of the Converged Communication Division from Dialogic Corporation.
Dialogic is a Parsippany (New Jersey, US) based company that provides cloud-optimized real-time multimedia processing solutions, customizable applications, and network infrastructure solutions. Their Converged Communication Division offers a full line of gateways and interface boards.
