From January 28 to 30, the fourth CEE CEE conference was held in Opatija, Croatia.
The conference represented an excellent opportunity to bring together representatives of telephony and internet carriers, equipment distributors and system integrators from South East Europe. Over 250 of participants had the chance to exchange information related to business cooperation in areas of communication services, equipment and system integration designed for telephony carriers.
First Telecom was one of the sponsors of this conference. Together with our long-time partner, Sangoma from Canada, we held a presentation about equipment for telecommunication carriers which attracted quite sizable audience that was eager to expand their horizon in terms of technology solution besides the obvious commercial interaction within the show.
Interconnection solutions for both TDM and IP attracted the greatest interest. Sangoma SS7 solution was recognized as the most cost effective and scalable. Another hot product was Session Border Controller that includes additional features such as transcoding, all most common codecs, etc.
First Telecom, as one of the leading telephony solutions suppliers in the Balkans, used this opportunity to address to the attendees in a direct fashion combining business logic with state-of-the-art technology solutions.
