DIDs or Direct Inward Dialing numbers are virtual numbers that enable routing calls to existing telephone lines without the need of additional physical line into the PBX. One DID number allows routing calls to unlimited number of extensions. This way phone traffic is faster and easily managed.

These numbers – also called Geo numbers, DDIs, local numbers – allow you to buy a range of virtual telephone numbers from any country and route them to your phone. For example, if you buy Greek numbers that are forwarded to your phone which is not in Greece, your partners from Greece can call you at the price of the local call.

DID numbers can be forwarded anywhere in the world and are independent of the telecommunication providers.

You can receive calls via DID numbers on your mobile or landline phone, PC or laptop. They work with PSTNs, VoIP, SIP.

Also, DID numbers can be used for voice connection and fax.
