We organized a mini IP Ready Room roadshow on October 19-21 in Crete and Rhodes.
IP Ready Room roadshow was organized particularly for hoteliers since we introduced our modular solution that turns every room into IP ready room, using the existing cabling infrastructure.
The path to IP Ready Room has several steps
- Update PBX to IP PBX
- Add Wi-Fi access to every hotel area
- Add IPTV to each room
- Install modern IP phones
Four gentlemen from two teams were in charge of steering the wheel. Efthymios Delimichail, Project Manager and Konstantinos Raissis, CTO represented the First Telecom team while Antonio di Natale, CEO and Georges Caron, Advisor represented the team Taktik
.
The turnout was great. We had more than 50 attendees who learned about the benefits of switching to IP ready room: no need for infrastructure investments, reduced costs, personalized guest experience, improved staff mobility and efficiency and higher profitability.
Our guests found this solution very interesting, but what raised the most interest was the Taktik’s IPTV solution. In the near future we’ll inform you fully about it.
The second thing that was interesting to our attendees was Phybridge switch for migration to IP while using existing telephone or coax cabling.
Squall cloud service that increases Internet speed and boosts bandwidth was another service that hoteliers found attractive.
