We attended Snom Partner Event in Berlin on September 8, 2016. This event took place at Museum of technology and hosted more than 150 guests from all over Europe, Asia and America. The guest came from various types of businesses - service providers, distributors, carriers, developers.
A new approach to designing devices, interoperability, Snom and call centers, and stories about DECT were on the agenda. And it was a very informative.
In the less formal ambiance during breaks and dinner, we had an opportunity to mingle with other attendees and share experiences. This was an excellent chance to replace voice calls with actual voices, as in face-to-face chat voices. And, oh boy, was the audio superb. :)
Being in VoIP business and using this technology on a daily bases gives you a world at the other end of your telephone line. And that is just fine. But these kinds of events are necessary because they “attach” a face to that voice in your headset.
We very much enjoyed the partner meeting and met a lot of cool people. And we’re looking forward to attending the next one.
