This project was aimed at the provision of a turn-key Telecommunication System for the Bosnian Police Forces and more particularly to the design, development, installation, training and commissioning of a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Telephone System (Software & Equipment) to various locations in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Total of 39 locations of BiH Police stations (including HQs & related Organisations) were equipped with state of the art Hardware & Software, utilising First Telecom's expertise. Extensive parameterisation of software, ensured a seamlessly working network of IP PBXs throughout the country, facilitating a unified environment of Communications for all Police Organisations. The turn key solution included Hardware (Servers, Telephony boards, etc), Software, IP devices, SIP IP Softphones, Built-from-scratch softphones with parallel SIP & IAX operation, Custom Tools for Monitoring & Reporting.
