First Telecom held a presentation of its core Telecom business solutions, focusing on Bicom System’s PBXware in Hotel Holiday Inn in Belgrade, on 09/02/2010.

Mr Theodore Kotsireas, Sales Manager of First Telecom, gave a brief presentation of the company and a variety of products in First Telecom’s growing portfolio, while Mr Stephen Wingfield, Sales Manager of Bicom Systems, introduced the advantages and benefits of PBXware.

In September 2009, Bicom Systems, the creators of Professional Open Standards Turnkey Telephony Systems, partnered up with First Telecom to deliver optimised IP PBX solutions for the South East Europe markets.

PBXware is the world's first and most mature Professional Open Standards Turnkey Telephony Platform. It supports a wide range of PSTN and VoIP technologies and is a real cost saving solution. Creation of enhanced voicemail, ACD Queues, IVR auto attendants, conference bridges, music on hold, least cost routing, national/global voice networks, and much more... are all deployable as a single unit or redundant network.

The presentation had high attendance by the regional ICT System Integrators, Telco Carriers and large ISP companies, who all showed a great interest not only in PBXware solutions, but in many of the products characterizing First Telecom’s portfolio.

A partnership with Quescom, creator of advanced corporate telecommunication solutions such as OneNumber™, was also announced at the presentation.
