Ka Band - Tooway

Ka Sat Satellite

The Ka Satellite Internet service is breaking down the barriers posed to the uncountable of households and small businesses that lack access to ADSL or Fibre broadband service.

The high bandwidth available in the Ka spectrum and frequency re-use capabilities across multiple beams enables the delivery of more capacity at faster speeds to smaller dishes - opening the door to upgraded services at lower costs for more users.

Eutelsat’s KA-SAT is the first European satellite designed exclusively for internet access. It was launched in 2010. Based on the latest Ka-band technology, the KA-SAT satellite provides broadband at 15Mbps / 3Mbs download/upload speed.

As an Eutelsat’s partner, First Telecom provides the local skills and knowledge to ensure that customers get the broadband internet service they need at a price they can afford, backed up by 24/7 support from our team of technical experts.
